what exercisers are best to get rid of muffin tops?
i have a young baby and work long, hard days so haven't got the time to go to the gym everynight, i do have access to a rowing machine, exercise bike and punch bag at home, any tips would be very much appreciated.
Hi Bez,
You'll need to rock the cardio to get rid of that muffin top. The exercise bike and punching bags are your best bet to get your heart rate up as long as you maintain a steady rhythm for a long enough time to get and keep your heart rate up.
If you can, buy yourself a jump rope also. That's another great exercise that you can do at home. Make sure you're working up a sweat. For toning, drop and hit those push ups, planks, squats, lunges and crunches for their super toning effects.
In addition to the exercise, don't forget about the diet. Keep a close eye on what you put into your mouth. So much of our foods today have unhealthy fats and oils and artificial stuff that target our butts, thighs and mid-sections. Keep your diet healthy and exercise at least 4-5 times per week for 45 minutes to an hour and you should get the results you're looking for.
