Exercise Bike Workout?
i am 16, i have back problems which stops me from playing sports and working out. So i got a schwin 231 recumbenet bike to get in shape...how far should i be able to go and on which resistance....???
a really good workout on the bike is to sprint on it for 30 seconds then slow down for 30 seconds.Do it for 2 minutes. then take a break for one min. repeat this at least 3 times. you can throw in crunches or push-ups or whatever is comfortable for you into the minute down time. Do the sprints at a higher resistannce then lower it for the 30 secs. of relaxed pedaling.
