will this diet work if i carry it on, or am i wasting my time?
ive been reading different websites, and it looks like there is mixed reviews to the type of diet i am doing.
i eat a peice of fruit in the morning, and then nothing until i eat dinner at around 7pm. My dinner is normally like rice and fish or chicken. never more than around 800 cals.
during the day i probs walk around 4 miles to get to and back from college, and i also do 10 miles on my exercise bike, which usually burns around 450 cals.
is this a good diet to stick to, or should i change it?

800 calories is not enough to sustain a healthy body. Your organs will start to fail, your hair & teeth will fall out, and you will end up with malnutrition. A good number of calories is in the 1300-1500 range. Be sure to take a multi-vitamin, too.
