Should I exercise on an empty stomach or should I exercise 30 minutes later after eating?
I'm just wondering, because some people told me it's better on an empty stomach, and some others told me its better after eating.
I want to lose weight.
I would suggest eating a Power Bar 30 minutes before your workout. You don't want to be completely on E because you could be more lethargic and possibly feel dizzy. A Power Bar is great for a pre-exercise snack though! I would stay away from eating anything too heavy though.
