If you're ready to buy your first piece of home gym equipment, an upright exercise bike is a great choice. Upright exercise bikes are ease to use, convenient, affordable and provide a good workout for beginner to moderate users.
An upright exercise bike is one of the most basic, easy to use types of exercise equipment on the market. Working out on one of these machines is a lot like riding a regular road bicycle.
