How much exercise should I get?
I'm 13, 5'6, and 135 pounds. I've been working out at the gym once or twice a week, and I only get three or four miles each time. I go on the bikes and treadmills. How much exercise should I get if I want to see good results? (weight loss, muscle, longer endurance)
You should exercise daily for about thirty minutes, but you should try to bring a variety of exercises. Like yoga for toning, weight lifting for muscle building, jumproping for endurance...etc. Don't stick to the same things everyday, trust me you're young like me, so you'd get bored doing the same exact exercises everyday.
Also try to walk about thirty minutes if you can, because it helps with toning and weight loss.
