Workouts To Do In Trampolines
Exercise is important if you want to stay healthy and fit for a long period of time. Exercises are done in various different ways. Some people run, some go to the gym, some swim and some use the trampolines. If you play sports then that also a form of an exercise. Some people use their bicycle for exercise regimes but these bikes can also be used for fun activities.
Trampolines are an enjoyable exercise, especially if you have a rebounder, which are also known as mini trampolines. Trampolines come in different shapes and sizes so you will be able to choose the right size for yourself. There are sizes from 8ft trampoline to 10ft trampoline and if you want something bigger than this for your garden then some trampolines go up to 16ft.
Here are the lists of exercise you can do in trampolines.
Normal bouncing - This is a very tough exercise because you will need to hold your body strength so that you do not fall awkwardly while bouncing. Hold your balance for continous bouncing. It increase your strength and burns calories. This exercise should really be the first before you try any other exercises in a trampoline.
General walking - This exercise can be used for cooling down or warming up. When you are planning for a heavy exercise you can use general walking to stretch your muscles.
Jogging - This exercise is good to get your heart rate up before any hardcore exercises. Jogging can also be used as a warm up exercises.
Jumping normally - This is an advanced exercise. It is not as easy as you think it might be. When jumping have your feet spread apart, have your hands over your head and then bounce. These are not normal jumps. This exercise is great for your joints other than jumping on hard floor surfaces.
Jump on your heels - Yes another jumping but this one is different than the above one trust me. In this exercise you put your feet close together. While you jump make sure you move your left food forward touching your heel to the trampoline surface, then in the same motion raise your left arm up in front of you. Repeat the same process for your right foot and right arm. You will need to do this at least 12 times each.
