Poll: Do simulation exercise machines work nearly as good as the actual real-world work-out?

Do you feel that stationary bikes are as good a work-out as actually biking? Treadmills are as good as actually walking? Tread climbers are as good as actually climbing?

I don't.

No, they are not at all as good as the real thing. I know from experience. I worked out all summer and I worked out hard too.
At the end of the summer, I could run a 7:45 mile and bench like 100 lbs once!!! That was with the gym.

When I started wrestling, I was able to bench 150 lbs once, and run a 6:45 mile like in the first month and a half. I will never go back to a gym again!!!!!!!
