Can wii fit be a source of exercise?
I have a wii fit, and I'm eating more healthier and riding half an hour on the exercise bike (including running around school and such).
I also need to tone my upper legs, stomach and upper arms and is just wondering if wii fit could help me with that.
I also need ideas on what and what not to eat, but i have no intention of cutting out pasta, bread, etc.

Though I find the Yoga + Strength Training portions of Wii Fit to be good, I don't see the exercises allowing me to burn that much calories.
What I would recommend to accompany Wii Fit is some other cardio games that really let you burn the calories and tighten those thighs, arms, stomach.
Some good games that can help are:
Gold's Gym Cardio Workout
Dance Dance Revolution (any of its series)
My Fitness Coach
The Cardio Workout in particular is very good in cardio-boxing. It can really give one a good sweat and days of aching arms and thighs after playing.
Foodwise, go easy on pasta and bread. If too much carbohydrate intake which you don't burn off, they will be stored as fats in your body.
Contrary to popular belief, meat is actually very good for one's health, especially after exercise. You need the protein to replenish your muscles. Nope, you won't bulk up. Don't worry. Just moderate your intake.
Do away with salad dressing. And one cheap and good advice:
Drink lots of water. Minimum 8 glasses per day of water. Just plain water.
