What is a good diet/exercise plan for a 14 year old girl?
I want to lose about 30 lbs over the summer. I am going to try eating like usually do, but eating fruit and stuff like that. I am going to be getting a bike soon so i will have that to exercise on, but I need some more ideas. Thanks(:
Drink lots of water! Very good for you, and makes you feel full. Also, whenever you're bored, people usually eat to fill that void. Do NOT eat out of boredom. You'll be gaining pounds in know time. It's called appetite, not hunger. Don't eat like a pig and you should be fine. As with exercise, join a gym, or do what you said and ride your bike often.
I would love to know why I get TD for the honest truth.
