Easy Ways To End Tummy Flab Problems
Let's be clear about something: if you want to lose your gut you'll have to do interval workouts. Let me describe for you what it meats to do intervals. You can talk more about intervals in the weight loss forum.
There's no doubt that you will work more during an interval session than during slow cardio. Keep in mind, though, that interval workouts are shorter becasue you get a lot done quickly.
Let me give you an example of how intervals work.Begin by warming up for a few minutes with some traditional exercises.
With that out of the way, you can do your first minute of intense work.
With your intense minute complete, don't stop: keep going at a slower, more relaxed pace for a couple minutes. There. That's one repetition complete. Now do the cycle for about five times and then take a cooldown pace for a while. Intervals are great for rapid weight loss.
You see, intervals can cycle for a variety of times starting from a five second burst to a five minute burst. To optimize for burning off fat, you should look at half a minute to a minute of intensity with one or two minutes for recovery.
There's a question I hear a lot, asking about the kind of machinery is best for interval workouts.
As far as machinery goes, you should consider a treadmill and do some sprinting bursts on it to work out your abs, leg muscles and your back's muscles too.There's a reall benefit from engaging as many muscles at one time as you do while sprinting. There's the calorie burn and then there's the metabolic benefits that you get too: those last way beyond the time your workout ends.
You're going to experience some issues transporting a treadmill wherever you go. Also, as you use it, the controls might be hard to adjust.So in reality, I try to promote use of the stationary cycle. It's hard to move around too, but it's less likely to cause injury. Keep it up and you'll lose 20 pounds.
