I was a bit worried about buying this product, as apple does not sell it on their website, so was not sure what I am getting. But now I am very happy I got it. Simply attached with the clip, it stays great on my gogle-strap or swimsuit while flip-turns, nothing extra is needed. I took it to the pool 4 times so far, and it is still working. When I was buying it, I was worried about the earphones, from reviews it was not clear at all what is good/bad. At the end I've decided that it will be long trial and error process and I got this ones: http://www.amazon.com/Pyle-PWPE10W-Marine-Waterproof-Headphones/dp/B0037Z1FRM/ref=pd_ys_iyr3 . Non of the earbuds it came with was ok for my ear, I generally have problem finding earphones that fit well. To solve this problem I took the ball-shaped earbuds and cut it in two part along the folding, keeping the thin part it is attaching with to the earphones and the big outside ball went to the garbage. So, now it fits in my ear, does not cause pain, at stays pretty well. What happens to me is when I turn my head to breathe one of the earphones gets a bit out, but the other one goes tighter in and so I sill can hear the music. I usually put it on max volume, because there is a lot of noise in the water. Further, I completely removed the plastic thing that goes around the ear, because it is very hard and hurts when I put the swim cap on. I am still looking for better earphones that will fit my ears perfectly. I should note, shuffle itself does produce very good sound quality. Also, I found out that if you already own shuffle it can be waterproofed: [...]Not much more to say, great buy. Highly recommended, have not seen anything better up to this point!
