I have an exercise bike and a cardio glide how long should I use each of them a day to lose weight?
I'm also watching my calorie intake.
Duration of time would depend on intensity of the session....
The standard steady pace cardio you would want to stay on for a minimum of 30 min. However, if you used some interval training, you would shorten the session.

I personally started doing this kind of cardio at the end of my resistance training workout. (My whole workout takes 40-45 min. a session 3 days a week.) I am approaching 40 yrs. of age and I'm back to my high school weight. And if I could be more consistent on my diet (my downfall is I like food and sweets), I'd be sporting a six pack. A six pack is still my goal.
Additional benefits I've experienced is I've lowered my blood pressure (used to be in the pre-hypertension range regularly), my basal heart rate is down, and I generally feel good. Plus, I don't have to spend an hour a day 6-7 days a week stuck on a treadmill or exercise bike.
