When you do cardio exercise such as jogging or biking, which part of the body do you get rid most of the fat?
Do you lose fat first in the neck, in the belly, thighs, arms, or butt? What is the fastest way to get rid of the fat in your belly? How do you get rid of fat in the back of the neck?
I would say the legs first, or they would tone up quick. I have been jogging the past week and I have noticed a difference in my legs and my lower back. Of course, it comes off all over, but you will see a difference in some place before others.
