help with my exercise plan?
What do you think of my exercise plan?
I just want to get rid of that extra flab, not gain muscle mass.
I'm 5 feet (short.. I've got short parents and family members from Asia) and 110 pounds. I think I'm at a healthy body weight but I don't look that fabulous.
So here's my daily exercise plan:
wall sits for 3 minutes (5 sets)
Lunges for 3 minues (10 sets)
pilates for 3 minutes (10 sets)
squeezing a pillow in between my knees (for as long and often as possible)
fake bicycling on my back for 3 minutes (5 sets)
20 pushups (5 sets)
running up and down the stairs for 3 minutes (5 sets)
crunches (12 reps, 3 sets)
its definately a step in the right direction, however the key to managing weight loss aerobic fitness...things such as running, cycling, swimming can help get to a lean body mass and a healthier, stronger heart.. 20-60 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week... if you would like, you can calculate if your current weight/height is normal by doing a BMI.. just google it and see what comes up...
